The challenge
Planners manually re-entered data between a major aerospace manufacturer's supplier portal and their Epicor Kinetic ERP — a process repeated half a dozen times per week. Only the following week's sales orders were synced manually, because they change every day. Longer-term forecasts and orders were never updated at all.
The solution
We built a custom sync engine that fully automates data transfer between both systems in real time.
